The Michigan Bakeshop, located in Mary Markley Hall, provides fresh and innovative baked good for all facets of Michigan Dining.

Led by Executive Pastry Chef Jordan Zechman, Chef Jordan and her team of six bakers create handmade, made-from-scratch, and vegan desserts daily for students and members of the University of Michigan community.
